At the capital awarding ceremony, the representative of the Provincial Farmers' Association handed over the amount of 1 billion VND to the farmer households, each household received 30-40 million VND. The above capital was for households to buy seeds, fertilizers and expand rice growing areas. The loan period was 24 months from the date of disbursement, with a fee of 0.55% per month, fee collected after 3 months per time.
The Provincial Farmers' Association wants households to effectively use loans and create income for themselves and their families. Since then, contributing to improving the lives of farmers' members, effectively promoting the movement of farmers to emulate good production and business, unite to help each other get rich and reduce poverty sustainably in the locality.
