(News Portal – Dong Nai) - On December 12, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Hoang chaired a working session with departments, sectors and localities to receive reports on plans to remove obstacles during the process of implementation a number of roads construction investment projects in the province.

According to the Provincial Transport Construction Investment Project Management Board, currently, road construction investment projects include: project to build provincial road 770B through the districts of Dinh Quan, Thong Nhat, Cam My, Long Thanh and Long Khanh City; the Road 25B upgrading project, section from Nhon Trach district's administrative center to Highway 51 in Long Thanh and Nhon Trach districts; Road 25C construction project connecting National Highway 51 to Back Road 19 in Long Thanh and Nhon Trach districts; Road 25C construction project, section from Hung Vuong Street (Back Road 19) to Lien Cang Street, Nhon Trach district; upgrade and expand provincial road 774B project (Ta Lai - Tra Co), Tan Phu district; Xuan Bac - Thanh Son road upgrading project, section from Km2+100 to Km18+100 and section Km33+783 (bridge No. 2) to Km 54+183 through Xuan Loc, Dinh Quan, Vinh Cuu districts. These projects are facing difficulties and obstacles in the implementation process due to lack of synchronization between land use planning, general construction planning and traffic planning. This has affected the progress of investment preparations for these projects.
At the meeting, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Hoang requested the Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board to coordinate with relevant departments and sectors to review and conduct field surveys with local authorities to make adjustments in the planning to speed up the implementation of projects. The localities of Tan Phu, Dinh Quan, Xuan Loc are requested to make adjustments to land use planning in locations where the plans are not synchronized to submit to the Provincial People's Council at the next meeting for consideration and approval.
