Dong Nai province has issued multiple capital support packages to promote mechanization

(News Portal – Dong Nai) - According to the report of the Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, support policies to reduce losses in agriculture according to Decision No. 68/2013/QD-TTG dated November 14, 2013 of the Prime Minister are being implemented in the province. As a result, the entire province has disbursed 41.5 billion VND to 65 customers.

The implementation of credit policies has helped households, cooperatives, and businesses boldly invest in machinery to implement mechanization in agricultural production, improving the quality of post-harvest preservation; especially the formation and development of agricultural mechanization service models such as land preparation, harvesting, transportation, and drying of agricultural products. In addition, the farm economic development program has supported 98 models with a budget of 2.85 billion VND. The program building and developing agricultural cooperatives, supporting agricultural mechanization models, and preserving agricultural products for 43 agricultural cooperatives with a budget of more than 3 billion VND. The industrial promotion program has supported the application of machinery and equipment used in production for 10 rural industrial establishments with a cost of 2.75 billion VND. Thereby, contributing to promoting mechanization in agricultural production in the province. ​
