Over 98% of employees have returned to work stably at enterprises

According to the Provincial Confederation of Labor, in the first week of returning to work after the Tet Holiday, over 98% of laborers in the province have returned to work at enterprises located in Dong Nai province. The rest are on maternity leave or applying for leave until February 15 to work. Up to now, enterprises with a large concentration of workers have abundant orders, creating regular and stable jobs for workers.

According to the Provincial the Confederation of Labor, during the last Lunar New Year, there were 86 enterprises that arranged for more than 15,400 employees to work during Tet Holiday. Typically, Ajnomoto Company has 1,200 employees, Harada Company has about 1,000 employees, Dona Pacific Co., Ltd has more than 4,000 employees working on the 2nd day of the Lunar New Year, Tokin Electronic Company has more than 650 workers, Murata Manufacturing Vietnam Co., Ltd. has more than 500 employees, etc. The rest of the businesses organize the warehouse, security, and machine cleaning departments with the number of workers ranging from 10 to over 200 employees depending on the production capacity of the enterprise. For the case of employees working during Tet Holiday, the grassroots trade union has proactively proposed to pay wages to employees in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Code.
