Bien Hoa City has many residential areas bidding for investor

In 2022, in Dong Nai Province, there will be about 17 residential projects in Bien Hoa City and Nhon Trach City that will be put up for bidding to select investors for implementation. The Provincial People's Council has also approved the bidding to select investors for the above projects. The above projects have a total area of ​​more than 420ha and most of the land has to be acquired from households, individuals and organizations. In which, Bien Hoa City alone has 15 projects and Nhon Trach District has 2 projects.

Some residential projects put up for bidding with large land areas are Dai Phuoc Tourist Urban Area of ​​nearly 80ha located in Nhon Trach District. In Bien Hoa city, there is a residential area according to the planning of An Hoa Ward; Phuoc Tan Ward Residential Area; the land area along Cai riverside road in Thong Nhat Ward, Tan Mai Ward, Tam Hiep Ward, An Binh Ward; the land along the road along the Dong Nai river in Hoa An Ward, and Buu Hoa Ward.
