The Department of Natural Resources and Environment receives and processes environmental dossiers of Industrial Zones projects

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Home Affairs to coordinate with the Department of Justice, Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority and relevant departments, agencies and sectors to review current regulations, advise the Provincial People's Committee to consider authorized to receive dossiers and appraise reports of environmental impact assessment, appraise and issue environmental permits for investment projects in the Industrial Zones under the authority of the Provincial People's Committee.

At the same time, until the Provincial People's Committee issues a decision to announce the set of administrative procedures in the field of environment, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment will receive and appraise the dossiers and procedures in the field of environment as the authority of the Provincial People's Committee, including: the application for approval of the report on environmental impact assessment, the plan for environmental rehabilitation and restoration in mineral mining, and the application for an environmental permit.
