Many businesses, cooperatives and business households will receive support

On September 9, 2021, the Government issued Resolution No. 105/NQ-CP on support for businesses, cooperatives and business households in the context of the Covid-19 epidemic. Because in recent months, the Covid-19 epidemic, complicated developments and rapid spread, have caused many difficulties for businesses, cooperatives, and business households, their reserve resources have run out, and their resilience has continued to decline.

The Government's goal is that by the end of 2021, at least 1 million businesses, cooperatives and business households will be entitled to credit policies to support epidemic response so that most of the above subjects who are temporarily suspending their business will be back to operation. The Government requires ministries, sectors, provinces and cities to fully and promptly implement policies on tax payment extension, exemption and reduction of taxes, fees, land rents, support to reduce electricity, water, and telecommunications charges, policies to support employees, and employers, etc.

The Government requested the Vietnam Confederation of Labor to consider exempting trade union fees for union members at enterprises and cooperatives affected by the Covid-19 epidemic in 2021 and 2022.

In Dong Nai, there have been more than 43,000 businesses, hundreds of cooperatives in the fields of agriculture, industry, services, environment, thousands of business households. This fourth epidemic has caused the majority of businesses, cooperatives and business households to be severely affected and need support to promptly restore production and business.
