Sales Manager of Thuan Huong Trading and Production Co., Ltd (Dinh Quan district) Liu Thi Yen shared that this year, the company planned to produce Tet goods from early. Currently, the company has started the production of year-end goods, preparing for the upcoming Lunar New Year. It is expected that the company's output of goods for the upcoming Tet holiday will increase by 5-10% compared to last year. Besides traditional fruit products, this year the company also plans to launch a new product, which is dried cashews.

“This year, the price of many input materials increased by about 10-15% over the same period last year due to fluctuations in the market, transportation costs, and labor costs. This causes the company to rebalance operating costs to keep output prices stable. In addition, the Company will soon connect with supermarkets and trade centers, develop a plan to put Tet products on e-commerce platforms to actively market output for products in the last months of the year and the upcoming Tet holiday," added Ms. Yen.

“Regarding the market, we will expand our supply to the domestic market. The factory has invested in upgrading and improving technology and machinery to take the initiative in the production of Tet goods and increase capacity. One of the problems of Tet production is the increase in the price of many input materials by about 20%. The company will try to balance operating costs to keep the output price, "- Mr. Hai added.

 Deputy Director of Hoang Linh Linh Company Limited (Cam My District) Nguyen Thi Thao Linh said that the company's main product is salted roasted cashews. Currently, the company has started the production season of Tet products, it is expected that the production of Tet products of the company will increase by about 20% compared to the same period last year. In order to reduce the impact of input material prices, the company actively sought and stocked raw materials early. At the same time, it also plans on human resources, expanding the market to many neighboring localities, as well as northern provinces and cities.

 Carefully balance output

 Before the fluctuations of the market, the costs of labor, transportation, and raw materials tend to increase, many enterprises and production facilities choose the option " Cut your coat according your clothes", producing according to the actual needs of market. Therefore, the output of products for the upcoming Lunar New Year is forecast to be at the same or lower level as the same period last year.

 Mr. Pho Dinh Trung, representative of Cuong Hoa Dried Fruit Factory (Thong Nhat District), said that currently, the costs for ingredients and spices such as oil, sugar, etc., have increased quite high and continuous fluctuated. Meanwhile, the consumer market faced more difficulties than in previous years. This affects the facility's upcoming Tet production plan. It is expected that the establishment will only ensure the same production level compared to last year, focusing on its main products, which are fried noodles, fried corn, dried fruit, etc.

 Similarly, Mr. Dang Tran Hoang Thuy, Director of Thien Trieu An Production Trading Co., Ltd (Bien Hoa City) - a company specializing in processing fruit drinks, shared that this year, the company plans to develop a plan to produce and supply items for Tet, equivalent to the same period in previous years.. The company will base on the market situation to have a specific plan to produce specific, balance the appropriate output for each item.
