Increase 200ha of commercial and service land

According to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, now there are nearly 1.2 thousand hectares of land used for Trading and services in the province, increase nearly 200ha compared to 2014. The increased area of land used for Trading and service in the province is due to the construction of  business  establishment and commercial services such as: Port Logistics Area in Phuoc An (Nhon Trach District); Bau Sen Tourist Area in Phu Dien Commune (Tan Phu District); Vincom Trade Center, Tan Hiep Trade Center (Bien Hoa city)... Specifically, in Nhon Trach District land used for Trading and service increased 76ha, 61ha in Bien Hoa, 25ha in Tan Phu district, 22ha in Xuan Loc district…

According to Mr.Cao Tien Dung - The Chairman of Provincial People's Committee, in the period of 2021-2030, prioritizing planning land to develop commercial and service for important projects implementation such as Long Thanh International Airport, Industrial Parks, Resort eco-tourism projects. Accordingly, in the coming time there is more land for the development of commercial and service in Bien Hoa City, Long Thanh District, Nhon Trach District, Trang Bom District, Long Khanh city. Domestic enterprises, foreign direct investment enterprises was inviting to invest in tourism projects, commercial centers… in the province.
