Promoting propaganda for the people to strictly and not subjectively is essential to prevent Covid-19 outbreaks from happening again.

As a rule, when traveling on technological means, it is compulsory to wear masks to service Covid-19. However, Vietnam experienced two major Covid-19 broadcasts in March and July 2020. Up to now, nearly 60 consecutive days the country has not recorded new infected case in the community. However, the disease situation in the world still develops complicatedly, the number of measuring cases continues to increase; Along with the reopening of commercial flights between Vietnam and some countries, the risk of infection remains high.
On October 31, in the area of Bien Hoa Station, the number of people buying tickets for the Tan Suu Lunar New Year 2021 was very large. Through records show that, many people do not comply with the necessary regulations of disease prevention masks, not keeping a safe distance when queuing to buy train tickets.
Mr. Nguyen Van Thu (living in Hoa An Ward, Bien Hoa City) said that on holidays, many people, mainly workers who book tickets. Failure to take the rule of page formatting easy to get infected without epidemic.
“I am also very worried because many people come from different places. While there are no staff here to guide and require customers to wear masks, not equipped with antiseptic solutions ... ”- Mr. Thu said.
Currently, on community means such as cars, passenger cars, ferry terminals, most people consciously abide by epidemic prevention and control measures. However, there are still some pages that do not wear masks. While these places are often crowded with people, people line up at close distances.
Ms. Le Ngoc Vy, car ticket salesman No. 10, said that customers who got on the car were prompted to perform border gates. The driver and service staff can only remind, have no right to handle or from the time of transferring passengers. It all depends on the consciousness in each person.
Need to increase propaganda
The Ministry of Transport requires relevant units to continue strictly complying with the regulations, requiring all passengers on airplanes, passenger cars, trains ... to wear masks properly. Transport units and enterprises need to strengthen communication on Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control with the message of 5K (in Vietnamese) including: Khau trang (masks) - Khu khuan (disinfection) - Khoang cach (distance) - Khong tu tap (no gathering) - Khai bao y te (medical declaration).
Recently, the Department of Transport has issued documents urging and reminding the implementation of wearing masks at river terminals, bus stations, stations and on all public transport means to prevent and fighting Covid-19. The Department has assigned the Center for Public Passenger Transport Operations to deploy to the bus transport business units and related units to check the frequency of driving, the proper ride chart according to regulations. The traffic inspection force shall closely coordinate in the inspection, handling and compliance with the Government's regulations on prevention and fighting against the Covid-19 epidemic.
Mr. Nguyen Cong Dang, Deputy Chief of Traffic Inspector (Department of Transport), said that over the past time, the Department has strengthened the propaganda of Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control measures when using means of public transport. In particular, all passengers are required to wear masks properly in public areas (stations, stations, bus stations ...) and must regularly wash their hands with soap, antiseptic solution throughout the journey. move according to the recommendations of the Ministry of Health.
Concerning this issue, Vice Chairman of Bien Hoa City People's Committee, Mr. Nguyen Duy Tan said that although our country is well controlling the epidemic situation, Covid-19 epidemic is forecasted to be complicated. In Bien Hoa City, there are many bus stations, markets and commercial centers crowded with people. Negligence and subjectivity in disease prevention will be very dangerous. Therefore, the city urges people to raise their vigilance and implement epidemic prevention measures according to regulations.
"For cases where the disease prevention and control measures are not taken as recommended by the authorities, Bien Hoa city will strictly handle the case according to regulations" - Vice Chairman of Bien Hoa City People's Committee, Mr. Nguyen Duy Tan emphasized.
