Changing License Plate from white to yellow for Vehicles providing Transport Services

​According to the Department of Transportation, the Ministry of Public Security issued Circular No. 58/2020/TT-BCA dated June 16, 2020 prescribing procedures for grant and revocation of registration certificates and number plates of road motor vehicles. Accordingly, Circular 58 stipulates that owners of all business vehicles have to carry out the procedures of changing their license plates from white to yellow under roadmap from August 1 to the end of December 31, 2021. The promulgation of Circular 58 of the Minister of Public Security aims to strengthen the management and handling of violations in the current transport activities. Therefore, the Department of Transportation requires all transport businesses to seriously implement.
