According to the Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority, attracting foreign direct investment to the province in the first 9 months of 2022 is more than USD 741 million, reaching nearly 106% of the year plan. Of which, 29 new FDI projects with a total registered capital of nearly USD 347 million were attracted and 61 FDI projects adjusted to increase capital with more than USD 467 million and 3 projects reduced capital by more than USD 73 million.

Since the beginning of the year, the number of newly registered FDI projects has decreased compared to the previous year, but the registered capital has increased. The countries and territories that have invested a lot in the province are Korea, Japan, Taiwan, China, and countries in ASEAN. In attracting investment in industrial parks, the province still gives priority to projects with advanced technology, new technology, high technology, clean technology, modern management, have spillover effects, connecting global production and supply chains.
Currently, Dong Nai is promoting investment to invite multinational corporations to implement large projects in the province.
