(Long Thanh district) decided to reward nearly 1,600 company employees 200 USD/person (equivalent to over 4,600,000 VND / person) for who work more than 1 year. Employees who work less than 1 year will receive a bonus based on their seniority days ratio. Newly recruited employees in 2021 and trainees will be receiving 500,000 VND per person. This special bonus was transferred with the same salary period in March 2021 (March 25th).
