The Employment Exchange No. 3, organized by the Dong Nai Employment Service Center, recently attracted 27 businesses to recruit with the demand to recruit nearly 6,000 workers, in which, unskilled workers accounted for over 94 %. According to Dong Nai Employment Service Center, the majority of workers participating in the exchange are trained workers while the majority of employers are unskilled workers, accounting for over 94%, mainly in the garment industry, clothing, shoesmaking, etc. On the other hand, unskilled workers affected by the epidemic have not returned to Dong Nai to work, leading to a shortage of applicants, so unskilled workers at the event can meet very little compared to recruitment needs of enterprises. The Center has connected with provinces to support propaganda of recruitment information and advise unskilled workers in the localities to come to Dong Nai to work.
