On the afternoon of November 27, at Dong Nai College of High Technology (Long Thanh District), the Provincial Industrial Zones Authority hosted an event to exchange and connect human resources between students and enterprises in Dong Nai Province.

Attending the event were 20 Japanese enterprises and more than 200 students from educational institutions such as Dong Nai University, Lac Hong University, Dong Nai College of High Technology, Technical Economics College 2.
This is the third time the Provincial Industrial Zones Authority has coordinately organised this exchange program and expanded two more schools (Dong Nai University and Technical Economics College 2) compared with the previous two times.
This event is an activity in the Human Resource Development program for manufacturing industry assigned by the Kansai Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI - Kansai) and the Provincial People's Committee of Dong Nai Province to the Provincial Industrial Zones Authority, to coordinate with the coordination team members for organization and implementation.
At the meeting,
representatives of Japanese enterprises talked about the difficulties faced by their
enterprises when recruiting new graduates; and the representative of students
from Dong Nai College of High Technology shared their knowledge and skills
gained at school. After that, 20 enterprises interviewed all the above
students.
Among 43 countries and territories investing in Dong Nai, Japan ranked third in total investment capital with 263 valid projects, worth $ 4.7 billion. This event serves as an opportunity to exchange and connect human resources.
