Dong Nai has nearly 350 residential apartment projects

​According to information from the Provincial People's Committee, there are 3 localities in the province that are implementing the most residential apartment projects, namely Nhon Trach District, Long Thanh District and Bien Hoa City. In the 2021 land use plan of localities, the whole province has nearly 350 residential apartment projects with an area of ​​​​more than 9,190 hectares, in particular, the three localities above have 259 projects, accounting for about 74%. Nhon Trach District has 84 residential apartment projects with an area of ​​3,838ha, Long Thanh District has 79 projects with an area of ​​3,176ha and Bien Hoa City has 96 projects with an area of ​​1,347ha.

Bien Hoa City, Long Thanh District, and Nhon Trach District are also the places where land prices are the most expensive in Dong Nai Province. Although the Covid-19 epidemic made the real estate market temporarily quiet, the land transfer price was less volatile.
