Provincial Red Cross Association presents gifts and capital to 170 Agent Orange victims

more and more agent orange victims have better lives with the help of provincial Red Cross

Over the past few years, with the help of provincial Fatherland Front Committee and authorities at all levels, the charity activities in the provincial gradually become more effective. These activities has attracted people from all walk of life including  279 doctors, retired cadres, Maecenas and entrepreneurs to help poor families and agent orange victims to overcome difficulties to have better lives.
