Over 550 thousands of students in the province start the new school year

This school year has a significant meaning because it is the first year to implement the Resolutions of the 10th National Party Congress and to carry the second phase of the strategy to develop education system. In this academic year, the Ministry of Education and Training has the first ever launched the movement called “to say no with cheating in examination and education achievements”. The movement will last to 2010. According to well-informed sources, when the first term of 2006-2007 academic year is finished the Ministry of Education and Training should report the result of this movement to the Prime Minster.
