The provincial Party Committee held an online conference to study and comprehend the resolutions of the 10th Party Congress.

  Participating at the conference were 170 leaders of Propaganda and Training Committee of Party Committee at districts, town and city level; leaders of Party Cells under the provincial Party Committee, Party experts, Party Union and organizations. Mr. Huynh Van Toi, member of provincial Standing Party Committee and Head of the provincial Propaganda and Training Committee of provincial Party Committee presided over the conference.

The most significant thing of this conference was that the conference was an online conference with two stations in Bien Hoa City and Xuan Loc district. This new way of conference enabled leaders of the two localities with the distance of 50 kilometers to directly exchange and discuss with each other.

This is the first time a conference to study and lecture on resolutions deployed the new technologies to broadcast lively on internet. In two days, delegates were taught the basic contents of the 8 special subjects of the Resolutions of the 10th Party Congress such as: the achievements, shortcomings and weaknesses in implementing the resolutions of the 9th Party Congress in 5 years and 20 years of innovation; development target and orientation for the next 5 years (2006-2010); perfecting the market mechanism with socialist orientation; speeding up the industrialization and modernization, solving problems on society, culture, education and training; building up a strong juridical government; strengthening national defense and security; increasing the capacity to integrate with the global; innovating and enhancing the organization and operation of Party…

By using the power of technology and online method, the cadres and lecturers at the meeting hall of provincial Party Committee and over 200 cadres and lecturers in Xuan Loc district can fully study and comprehend the basic contents of the 10th Party Congress’ resolutions at the same time.

As plan, the conference to study and comprehend the 10th Party Congress’ resolution for key leaders of province and districts will be held in September. The same conference for lower officials will be held and completed in October.
