110 key cadres of the province attend training course on foreign affair

The course is about the global situation and foreign affair of Vietnam government; process of negotiating to join WTO and challenges and opportunities for Dongnai province; the global economic situation and the role of foreign affair in developing economy; introduction to the protocol of diplomatic visits; Vietnam and international organization; the relationship between Vietnam government and non-governmental organizations; information about foreign affair and foreign correspondence management. The course lasts for two days on August 30 and 31. Finishing the course, each trainee will be granted a training course completion certificate.

Dongnai is a province with huge socioeconomic potential, particularly the foreign investment attraction. To build up human resource on foreign affair is one of the most concerned activities of Dongnai province. Therefore, the province has actively and regularly coordinated with relevant government bodies to open train course on foreign languages, computer as well as foreign affair for key officials in the province.
