Department of Industry and Trade informed that product and service retailing revenue in Dong Nai province reached nearly 11,500 billion VND in February 2016, 7% more than last month.
Thus, in the first 2 months of 2016, provincial total retailing revenue reached nearly 22,200 billion VND, over 12% more than the same period last year. The occasion of Tet holiday was the reason for the product and service retail revenue to reach that high as people’s demand on products and services increased. In which, the top increased products were fresh food, fruit, bottled and canned drink… This year Tet holiday, shopping demand is 10-20% more than the same time last year, fresh food prices raised 10 – 15% more than normal days.
