Provincial leaders welcomed Consul General of the United States and Japan

On March 6, Provincial Chairman Dinh Quoc Thai welcomed Ms. Rena Bitter, U.S. Consul General in Ho Chi Minh City during her visit and work to Dong Nai.

Ms. Rena Bitter highly appreciated the efforts of Dong Nai in improving the attraction of foreign investment. U.S. Consul General also interested in the project, such as the Long Thanh international airport, the supply of labor for businesses, training coordination between the U.S. and the Dong Nai University...

On this occasion, U.S Consul General delegation also had a courtesy visit to the provincial Party leadership. At the meeting, Secretary Tran Dinh Thanh announced a number of issues that the provinces are concerned, such as: environmental quality enhancement, the waste water treatment in industrial, domestic wastewater at Bien Hoa, Social Security, crime in the country and worldwide... In relation to the handling of toxic substances dioxin, said Ms. Rena Bitter, the U.S. delegation will be coming to work on contamination projects at Bien Hoa airport.

Chairman Dinh Quoc Thai welcomed Japan Consul General Hida Hirumitsu

On the same day March 6, Chairman Dinh Quoc Thai welcomed Japanese Consul General in Ho Chi Minh City, Mr. Hida Harumitsu, on the occasion of ending his working tenure in Vietnam. Mr. Hida Harumitsu thanked provincial leaders had coordinated, create more favorable to him to complete the task in terms of office: especially successful in organizing events to celebrate friendship in Vietnam - Japan. Mr. Hida Harumitsu also expects the province will promote good advantage to attract more and more foreign capital investment.
