Facilitating the commuting of employees between Dong Nai Province and the neighboring provinces and cities

​The demand of movement of the employees and experts to work in the Industrial Zones between Dong Nai Province and other provinces is fairly high.

The guideline of the Provincial People Committee is that The Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and the Provincial Industrial Zones Authority have assigned to deploy and guide for the enterprises that have had needs of organizing the transportation of the employees and experts in other provinces and Centrally-run cities according to the scope of their management in order to develop their transportation plans, register the means of transport, route, operation period, summarize and send the final reports to the Department of Transport for the issuance of the vehicle identification certificates with QR code and management coordination. The Department of Transport has been assigned to assume the prime responsibility and coordinate with relevant units in inspecting and appraising the transportation plans of the enterprises in order to ensure that they are consistent with the plans for organizing the employees to move between Dong Nai Province and other provinces and centrally-run cities in the context of Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control. If it is not suitable, those Departments must send the feedbacks to the enterprises. If it is suitable, the Department must issue the vehicle identification certificate with QR code and return the result to the enterprise. The transport units have to strictly comply with the requirements and regulations on prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic under the guidances of the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Transport, the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee and other other relevant localities.

The Provincial Public Security, the People's Committees of districts, Bien Hoa City and Long Khanh City, based on their functions and missions, coordinate with the relevant units in directing the epidemic prevention and control checkpoints to carry out the control for means of transporting the employees and experts according to the plans to organize for the employees moving among Dong Nai Province and other provinces and centrally-run cities in the context of Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control.
