On August 17th morning in Hanoi, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc and Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh chaired an online meeting to summarize the administrative reform (AR) situation term 2011-2015 and implement the AR plan term 2016-2020. Mr. Tran Van Vinh – Deputy Chairman of Provoncial People’s Committee chaired the Dong Nai broadcasting venue.

At the meeting, Deputy Head of Department of Home Office – Mr. Nguyen Trong Thua published the AR index (PAR INDEX) in 2015 from Provincial Departments and People’s Committee. The average PAR INDEX value in 2015 of 63 provinces/cities was 85.11%, 3.9% higher than 2014. Da Nang continued to rank the first place with the index value of 93.31%, followed by Hai Phong: 92.59% and Dong Nai: 92.53%.
At the meeting, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc also recommended that we should clearly and impartially assess the AR situation, give strict solutions to make it more effective. Mr. Prime Minister highlighted that all Departments from the Central to each province/city and commune shall keep their heads up in their AR mission to fully serve people and enterprises.
