On August 8th, Mr. Serhiy Nadal – Ternopil City Mayor (Ukraine) led an Ukrainian delegation Dong Nai for a working visit.
Welcoming the delegation, Mr. Nguyen Phu Cuong – Commissary of Central Party, Provincial Committee Secretary introduced about the provincial socioeconomic situation and shared that Dong Nai and Ternopil city had signed the Friendship and Economy & Trade Cooperation Agreement in May 29th, 2001. In the past time, Ternopil city has been providing education supports to many students in Dong Nai.

Mr. Serhiy Nadal really appreciated the the agreement between the 2 countries. The goal of this visit was to strengthen the friendship and cooperation in socioeconomic development between 2 parties; and at the same time, Ukraine wanted to learn the from Dong Nai’s experience on economic development and FDI attractions.
*On the same day, Mr. Serhiy had a meeting with Mr.Dinh Quoc Thai – Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee to know more about some provincial investment attraction policies. According to Chairman Dinh Quoc Thai, Dong Nai was always ready to support Ukrainian Enterprises in investing in the province on many fields such as: Supporting industries, hi-tech industries, environmentally friendly industries, tourism and services… In the near future, the province shall keep following the agreement and continue to promote the friendship between the two countries.

Mr. Sehiy Nadal also shared that from the Ukraine delegation, there were two headmasters of the famous Universities in Ternopil City and some transportation and shipment enterprises. After the meeting, the delegation shall promote investments in Dong Nai, give the enterprises of two parties the opportunity to meet and improve the relationship and cooperation on many industrial fields and education.
