*Checking information in seconds.
Before, people had to go directly to the offices of land use registration to review the information of any land planning, which was time consuming and cause difficulties. Now with the DNAI.LIS app by the ITC installed in your mobile device, you can have all the information you want to know in your palm. It makes the works that are related to land use planning and construction planning much simpler.

Talking about the advantage of using the DNAI.LIS app, Mr. Nguyen Van Dung (quarter 2, Quang Vinh ward, Bien Hoa) appreciated its swift performance and convenience. He planned to buy a plot of land in quarter 3, Tam Hiep ward to build a house for his son. He would have gone directly to the ward People’s Committee to review the planning information, but his business spared him not enough time to go for the review. Fortunately, a friend showed him the app; he then installed and checked it out. “After logging in to the app, clicking on the map icon, inputting the sheet number and plot number; the app then returned the exact plot of land I was looking for. The plot I planned to buy is under planning, so shall not buy it. With this app, I can just stay home and check for the information of any plot of land use in seconds.” – said Mr. Dung.

Ms. Tran Thi Hien (quarter 4, Quang Vinh, Bien Hoa) checked the app and knew that the plot of land she was living on was no longer under planning. “I have been worrying that the plot I am living on is under planning for a school construction. But thanks to the DNAI.LIS, I was just checking for another plot to move my home and fortunately, it also showed me that plot I was living on was no longer under planning. With a little doubt though, I rushed to the land use registration office to double check and it was true! The plot I am living on was removed from planning months ago.” – Happily said Ms. Hien.

*From people’s demands…

Mr. Bui Van Dzung (Deputy Director of ITC – Department of Natural Resources and Environment), who directly implemented the app shared: “The idea of making the DNAI.LIS app came from our research on people’s demand. At first, we update the land use planning information by using computer; the data then being used for the mobile application, people can now check for the information more conveniently and the land planning works are also much simpler”.

According to Mr. Dzung, the application has made it more convenient for not only for the households but also the officials and staffs who work in land management in the province. With the app installed, people shall be able to check for the general local map as well as the detail information about of each plot of land in the area including the area information, sheet number, plot number, planning purpose… Officials and staffs in land management can check for the land owners’ dossiers, plot’s status through time, plot’s origin, and assets attached to the plot. Especially, officials can also check for the proportion of licensed land in each provincial locality, the amount of adjusted dossiers due to land transferring and separation…

Commenting about the application, Mr. Pham Thanh Long – Chairman of Quyet Thang ward People’s Committee (Bien Hoa) said that land related works were complicated as there are many complain, lawsuits incurred; especially since there are situation of illegal construction on planned land due to the lack of planning information. Therefore, the application shall facilitate not only the people in their land business but also in the provincial land management.
