Develop solid and sustainable Farmers’ Association at all levels

In a report by provincial Farmers’ Association, from earlier this year, Farmers’ Association at all levels has developed more than 10 thousand of members, raising the number of members in the entire province by 217,391 members, obtaining 71.2% compared with that of farmers at the eligible age. Emulative movement of good production and trader, poverty reduction and hunger eradication as well as new rural construction, continue to be strengthened. All levels of the association have taken better care of member’s life, regularly associated with relevant units to arrange trainings and agricultural promotion programs and technological and scientific transfer to farmers. Addressing at the celebration, Mr.Bui Ngoc Thanh, Member of provincial Standing Committee of the Party, Head of Public Relations of Provincial Party Committee, urged that Farmers’ Association at all levels needs to promote political and thinking education for members of Communist Youth Union and farmers; determine on solidifying Farmers’ Association at every level; direct and train jobs for farmers in aim of reducing poor households and increasing wealthy families in order to fill the growth gap between urban and rural areas.

In the celebration, provincial Farmers’ Association called for emulative movements and granted campaign medals to 113 individuals who have many achievements for the association’s movements.
