On June 23rd, Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee Dinh Quoc Thai chaired the working session on implementing Amata Corporation’s 3 projects in Long Thanh district. Accordingly, Provincial People’s Committee approved the 3 projects in the following location: A Hi-tech parks in Tam Phuoc commune and Long Thanh town with the total area of 410 ha; two urban and services areas in Tam An commune with the area of 753 ha and over 122 ha.
The Long Thanh Hi-tech Park project is at the final stage of design and partition on the 1/20000 model, compensation and clearance work. The project construction is expected to start in the early of 2017 and the other 2 projects are also on the final stage to complete the profile, liquidation, compensation, clearance and land acquisition.
Representative of Amata Corporation hoped that Dong Nai province could complete and approve the profile soon so that the projects could be implemented timely. At the same time, the representative also suggested the province supporting them in promoting the powerline facility investment progress and compensation and clearance processes so that the area could be ready for construction soon.
