Giving his speech at the meeting with Provincial People’s Committee on June 28th, President of Development Strategy Institute ( Ministry of Planning and Investment) – Mr. Bui Tat Thang highlighted that Dong Nai had their earliest preparation comparing to other provinces and they had carried out their human resource development methods synchronizingly to support provincial socioeconomic development. That was reasonable for a province in the key economic region to have fast and strong development; managing the human resource was confirmed to be one of the groundbreaking steps in the development progress.
Mr. Bui Tat Thang recommended that under Provincial People’s Committee’s monitoring, Department of Planning and Investment and other relating departments shall ratify the result of the human resource development strategy term 2010 - 2015 and compare in detail the result to the approved plan to confirm that the human resource development focusing methods were truly ground breaking. Skilled and trained human resource is highlighted; vocational training network shall also be cared more about, especially for jobs that the job markets are looking for. About proposal indicated that the training cost for a college student is relatively low, the delegation shall notice that and make suggestion to Ministry of Planning and Investment and Ministry of Labor – Invalids and Social Affair on the submission to the Government for proper adjustment.

In term 2010 2015, Dong Nai focused on many human resource development methods, most of the resource were at young age, well-educated and had expert skill. The province also focused on developing vocation training system that followed the socialization orientation to make up the diversity and suitability for the labor market. Till the end of 2015, the population of the province was nearly 3 million, including 1.9 million were at the working age, 1.7 million are currently labor. Number of trained labors increased yearly, till the end of 2015 there was 65% the population was labors including 50% of trained labors.
