On May 19th, at Thien Tan Commune People’s Committee (Vinh Cuu district), the district’s People’s Committee officially announced People’s Committee’s Decision no. 1573/QD-UBND – signed on June 15th 2015 on approving the detailed planning with a scale 1/500 of Thien Tan Industrial Complex.
Pursuant to the Decision, the industrial complex shall be invested by Dai Vi Phat company, planned and designed by Phu An Thanh company; with the total area of 48 ha, including 32 ha for factory and manufactory constructions, over 0.7 ha for administration and services constructions, over 1.5 ha for infrastructure headworks constructions, 5.6 ha for the green and over 8.4 ha for traffic road.
This is a newly constructed industrial complex of the district, which shall be used to relocate, rearrange and attract local medium and small manufactures, enterprises to invest and work in, to assure the complete connection condition of technical infrastructures and environmental sanitation. When open for operation, the industrial complex shall provide jobs to 4-5 thousand labors.
