Leaders of Department of Labor, Invalids and Society said that in term 2016 – 2020, FDI enterprises were expected to recruit 40 thousand labors/year including university graduates – 10%, college graduates – 10%, trained laborers – 60% and untrained laborers – 20%. Domestic Enterprises are expected to recruit 18 thousand labors/year including university graduates – 8%, college graduates – 12%, trained laborers – 50% and untrained laborers – 30%.
Industrial sectors that need university graduated labors currently include: mechanization, chemical, electricity and electronic, food processing, constructional materials manufacturing, architecture, banking and finance, accounting, insurance, civil administration, entertainment, tourism, restaurant and hotel services and marketing. Industrial sectors that need college graduated labor currently include: mechanism, chemical, electric and electronic equipment, welding technology, food processing, wood processing, constructional material manufacturing, textile and leather shoe textile technology, automobile and motorbike assembling technology, accounting, tourism, restaurant and hotel services, sale - business and marketing.
