Campaign in response to the "Earth Hour launched

As part of activities celebrating the 80th anniversary of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the managing board of the Province’s Youth Union in collaboration with Department of Natural Resources – Environment launched a campaign in response to the "Earth Hour" on March 26 Evening at the Provincial Gymnasium.
