First 3 quarters of 2010: 97% of total budget revenues

The total budget expenditure occupied 73% of the yearly plan. Banking activities in the province saw positive sign, fund mobilization and outstanding loans gained great figures against the same period last year. The total fund mobilization reached over VND45,000 billion, up 14.5% and outstanding loans attained over VND42,000 billion, up 14.8% compared to that of 2009. Of which outstanding loans in service of agricultural and rural development accounted for 18.46%.
