Bien Hoa Blind Association supports its members with capital

The association’s members were supported with capital.

    In this time, the Bank for Social Policies disbursed VND 100 million for 21 members to borrow money at interest rates of 0.5% per month within 12 months. This amount of money is extracted from the National Employment Fund for the disabled. As known, this is the fifth time that the Blind Association together with the Bank for Social Policies have lent money at a low intersest rate so that the blind have chances to develop their economy.

    In past years, all members which borrowed money from the bank have already repaid their loans within the prescribed time.
