Mr. Ho Quoc Nghi aged 73, Ch’ro ethnic, member of Phu Ly commune veteran association said: “I was born and grew up in Dong Nai, a place with revolutionary tradition. I was attracted by the appeal of Communists’ Party and Uncle Ho to be a resistance fighter in Vietnam war and wounded with a crippled left arm. After the national unity, I continued to work in post office and retired in 1986 for health problems. As a veteran, I always think that “the invalid is but not disabled”. With an invalid pension for a large family, I constantly encourage my family to work hard and unite to overcome difficulties in life. As a communist when I was elected to be the secretary of commune cell party in 1992, I did my best to devote the Party and people”.
