On August 18, the seminar on enhancing the quality of human resources took place at the Head Office of Dong Nai Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs. The event was co-organized by the Department and Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The seminar attracted the partipation of 13 enterprises, vocational training centres, and vocational training schools in the district of Long Thanh and Nhon Trach.
