In 2023, smart e-commerce will be a prominent trend when artificial intelligence (AI) considered an inevitable development trend. AI application will completely change the e-commerce industry not only in Vietnam.
For e-commerce, AI will support and bring many advantages such as: writing articles, building content, creating attractive marketing methods through AI, as well as focusing on advantages to towards the goal of developing the trend of smart e-commerce. Set in the context of the economy after the Covid-19 pandemic and affected by the wave of the world economic crisis, AI has helped businesses to reduce lots of time and operation costs. Because, instead of businesses having to organize a team to research and test, now there are more support tools from AI.
Besides, the trend of shoppertainment - that is combining sales channels with entertainment is a new trend that has been mentioned a lot in recent times and is increasingly interested by businesses. For consumers, usually when accessing any websites or e-commerce channels with only information, lack of interactions, they will be quite boring.
