On December 11th, Toan Thinh Phat Architecture Investment Construction joint stock company held an inauguration ceremony of the commercial-service-department center complex The Pegasus Plaza (in Vo Thi Sau street, Quyet Thang ward, Bien Hoa city). Participants of the ceremony included the provincial people’s committee Mr. Dinh Quoc Thai.
The Pegasus Plaza is invested by Toan Thinh Phat Architecture Investment Construction joint stock company for the entire construction from designing, implementing, supervising, operating and using. The Pegasus Plaza has construction area over 62 thousand m2 on the area of 4,600 m2 with 20 floors of 86m high, consisting of 3 sections: commercial service center, high building offices, department building. This integrates convenient services meeting offices’ needs, entertainment, including: entertainment parks Funny Tower, PegaGame, cinema zone PegaCine (6 cinemas 2D, 3D contains more than 900 seats).
Reportedly, the Pegasus Plaza was constructed within 35 months, currently the management and operation of the building are performed by Okamura Tokyo Co., Ltd. (Japan).
