Enterprises interested in many projects

Mr. Nguyen Phuc Long, Chairman of Sao Vang Dat Viet Club, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Thang Long Investment Group Joint Stock Company said that the club's executive board currently has 75 typical enterprises in various economic fields, many of which are enterprises with large scales. Enterprises in the club are very interested in Dong Nai because this is a locality with many development advantages, especially the effect of Long Thanh international airport and big projects. According to Mr. Long, in the list of projects calling for investment in the province, the entrepreneurs of the Sao Vang Dat Viet Club are interested in a number of fields such as eco-tourism and resort; waste processing and treatment, renewable energy; real estate; high-tech agriculture; traffic; clean water; logistics; digital conversion; commercial and service areas…

Similarly, Mr. Nguyen Van Luyen, General Director of UDIC Urban Infrastructure Development Investment Corporation (Hanoi City) is interested in housing project development including social housing project in Bien Hoa (areas of Tan Hoa Ward and Long Binh Ward). The enterprise wishes to learn more information from relevant local agencies to be able to access and have suitable plans.

Meanwhile, Mr. Nguyen Van Thu, Chairman of the Director Board of GC Food Joint Stock Company (GC Food) said that at present, the area of Dau Giay agricultural wholesale market is identified by Dong Nai as a large agricultural product business and service area.  GC Food wishes to know specifically about the development orientation and expansion of this project to find investment opportunities. GC Food is an enterprise specializing in food processing and high-tech agricultural products originating from Dong Nai, so investing in provincial projects is one of the priorities.

Local supporting businesses and investors

According to the Director of the Department of Planning and Investment Nguyen Huu Nguyen, Dong Nai is planning and promoting economic development in a sustainable direction, developing in-depth with economic sectors with high added value, exploiting the world's most valuable resources and local strength. The province is currently focusing on strongly developing infrastructure and urban areas, especially projects connecting to Long Thanh International Airport, thereby creating an impact on the development of industries and services. In the near future, the province will organize a seminar to collect comments for the provincial planning, businesses interested in the locality will have opportunities for businesses to contribute ideas, and through that learning about investment opportunities.

According to Mr. Nguyen, Dong Nai currently has a number of key projects that have been implemented and calling for investment. For infrastructure projects, enterprises can form a partnership with each other to increase responsiveness capacity or form a partnership with other contractors throughout the country, especially social housing projects or basic construction bidding packages...​

 Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Cao Tien Dung also affirmed that the locality was willing to work with businesses that intended to invest in Dong Nai to contribute to economic development. Dong Nai committed to accompany businesses to remove difficulties and obstacles, created an open business environment and increased competitiveness. Enterprises needed to capture information, actively contacted agencies, departments, and sectors to approach and had development orientation in line with the common tasks. Provincial leaders affirmed that the locality was ready to be a connection for businesses in the province to link, enter into joint ventures, and enter into partnerships with other investors to implement all or part of projects under the agreement...​
