Reviewing science and technology development plans associated with breakthrough tasks in science and technology

Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Hoang proposed the Department of Science and Technology to make monthly and quarterly reports on the targets of implementing breakthrough tasks in science and technology according to the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress. At the same time, reviewed all Science and Technology development plans associated with breakthrough tasks to assess whether there were any problems and whether they were still suitable for implementation. Quickly completed the science and technology tasks in 2023, reviewed the organizational apparatus of the Department. For the implementation of Circular No. 03/2023/TT-BTC dated January 10, 2023 of the Ministry of Finance, providing for the preparation of estimates, management of use and finalization of state budget funds to perform the tasks of Science and Technology, Department should soon submit the project to the Provincial People's Council for approval in order to perform well the tasks in the coming time.

According to the report of the leader of the Department of Science and Technology, up to now, the Department is monitoring and managing 60 science and technology tasks at ministerial, provincial and grassroots levels. Continue to implement the mechanism of ordering research, transfer and application technology to ensure practical effectiveness of science and technology programs.

The Department advised the Provincial People's Committee to approve 92 science and technology tasks under 6 science and technology programs; proposed 2 projects under the Rural and Mountainous Program in Dong Nai province. The industry has also accepted a number of topics on human resource development, promoting the role of intellectuals in the new situation. Through working with localities, the Department has proposed institutes and universities to coordinate in building topics and projects that associate research activities with technology application and transfer, serving production and lives and increase income for people.​
