The total retail sales of non-state trading sector in April 2010 are estimated at VND3,395.8 billion, a 3 percent month-on-month increase and those in the first four months in 2010 are at VND13,1114.5 billion, up 27.8% compared to the same period last year, reaching 25.9% of the year plan. Those of foreign-invested trade are at ND257.3 billion, up 3.4% compared to the last month and those in the first four months are at VND1,040.9 billion, a 22.9 percent year-on-year increase , reaching 36.2% of the year plan.
