Enterprises prioritize taking care of the welfare and policies for their labor force

​(News Portal – Dong Nai) - A monitoring team led by Deputy Chairwoman of the Provincial Labor Confederation, Bui Thi Nhan, recently conducted inspections on the enforcement of labor laws at Emivest Feedmill Vietnam Company Limited - Dong Nai Branch, and Bl Leatherbank Co., Ltd (Long Khanh city).

At these enterprises, the team conducted practical inspections, cross-referenced documents, and examined relevant records. As a result, the team recognized the efforts of the enterprises in taking care of the workers' livelihoods. Among them, the enterprises showed concern by signing collective labor agreements with various provisions such as providing marriage support of 2 million VND per person, a monthly transportation allowance of 600 thousand VND, and a hospitalization support of 3 million VND per case for severe illnesses. Additionally, there are allowances for housing, transportation, and childcare. Regarding the quality of the meals, which are valued at 18-22 thousand VND per serving, the enterprises have established safety and hygiene networks and conducted occupational environmental monitoring to assess hazardous factors in the workplace. ​
