By 2020, the One-Stop Service of Nhon Trach district has received over 34.1 thousand administrative records of all kinds. The district OSS has classified and transferred the authorities to 32,643 records in its authority to handle properly and ahead of schedule 32,643 records (reaching the rate of 99.93%).
According to the District Administrative Reform Steering Committee, the file focuses in all areas of social life such as documents handling, verifying administrative paperwork; confirm admission records; medical insurance medical record; papers in the fields of land, etc. At the same time, services integrated with Post Office, Banking and many utilities are deployed at the one-stop service, creating favorable conditions for people and businesses to carry out administrative procedures.
Vice Chairman of Nhon Trach District People's Committee Luong Huu Ich said that the focus on good handling of appropriate administrative documents is one of the criteria to evaluate the level of task completion of cadres and civil servants in the OSS department. Besides focusing on good handling administrative records, Nhon Trach is also a leading province in application of achievements in IT and social networks, closely coordinating postal services in solving administrative procedures with high efficiency.
