Speaking at the Conference, Vice Chairman of Thai Bao Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and appreciated the results achieved by the culture sector in 2020. Vice Chairman of the People's Committee suggested that in 2021, the sector should focus on 9 key missions. In particular, urgently advise the Provincial People's Committee on programs and plans to concretize the Resolution of the XI Provincial Party Congress, term 2020-2025 in the fields of culture, sports and tourism; At the same time, advise the Provincial People's Committee to submit to the Provincial Party Committee to issue a resolution on tourism development with the theme "Efficiently exploit potentials and resources, break through the development of tourism into an important service economy in Dong Nai province ”. This is an important task that the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism needs to prioritize and take the time to focus on implementing right from the beginning of 2021.

By 2020, the Culture, Sports and Tourism sector has implemented well activities of culture, sports, tourism, family; do well the propaganda of political events of the country and the province. During the year, the whole province had 653,965/661,184 households reaching the standard of cultural families; 95% of hamlets and quarters meet cultural standards; 98% of agencies and units meet cultural standards; over 75% of businesses meet cultural standards. There are 105 communes meeting the standard of new rural culture, 16 wards and 6 towns reaching the standard of urban civilization.

At the Conference, the Culture, Sports and Tourism sector launched an emulation movement, and signed emulation covenants between the units.
