Secretary of the Party Committee at Dofico Nguyen Thi Le Hong is reporting on the implementation of the Central government’s Resolution no. 22 |
The report by the Party Committee at Dofico says that it was established in June 2005. It was converted to operate according to parent company-subsidiary company relationship. Currently, Dofico’s Party Committee has 3 Party organs and 21 sub-Party organs.
In recent years, Dofico’s Party Committee has successfully accomplished production-business targets. In particular, Dofico’s turnover in 2011 is expected to hit nearly VND7.9 trillion and more than VND1.2 trillion will be contributed to the State budget. Dofico’s monthly income per employee is VND4.5 million.
However, Dofico’s Party Committee is faced up with a problem that although it has a concentrated organizational structure, some of its units, Party organs, and unions are affiliated to local authorities and agencies. This results in a failure to summon all its strength.
Addressing the working session, Secretary of Dong Nai Party Committee Tran Dinh Thanh noted that due to a fierce competition in production and business activities Dofico’s Party organs are required to spend much of time and effort taking care of the building of the Party and Party members.
In order to get this done, Dofico’s Party organs are required to play a political role of nucleus that exerts an enormous influence on each unit’s performance.
Dofico’s Party organs are required to check up on the number of Party members, members of levels of Party Committee, and secretaries of sub-Party organs, to keep holding periodic meetings at sub-Party organs, and to focus on pressing issues and challenges faced up by businesses.
