The Spring Newspaper Fair this year has over 500 Tet issues with diversified contents about various fields, such as economy, society, culture. To bring readers profound and vivid articles, the editorial staff of newspapers made careful selection of articles, so the contents of issues are really diversified in term of genre. Particularly, to make the fair diversified and convey specific traits of the locality, the organization board also introduced about 100 news to celebrate spring from Propaganda and Training Departments of districts, Long Khanh Town, Bien Hoa city along with news of departments, branches, wards and communes.

With the aim of celebrating the lunar new year and congratulating the party, the spring newspaper fair of the province this year displayed about 450 issues of Party history as well as images, documentations, works about 310 years of Bien Hoa- Dong Nai territory. The fair last from Jan. 21st to the end of Jan. 28 ( the end of the third day of the first lunar month)

On this occasion, the organization board of 2009 Spring Newspaper Fair also awarded units, departments, branches having news, articles given high prizes in the fair. In particular, about news of departments and branches, the first prize was awarded to Veteran Association; the second one belonged to Dongnai Department of Science and Technology; the third one was for Dongnai Rubber company; two consolation prizes were given to news of Education and Study Encouragement and Dongnai Police.

As for news of Propaganda and Training Department of districts, towns and the city, the first prize belonged to Cam My; the second prize was given to Xuan Loc district; the third prize was awarded to Thong Nhat district, and two consolation ones were given to Trang Bom district and Long Thanh district.

As for news of Propaganda and Training Department of communes, wards, towns, the first prize was awarded to the cell of Tho Vuc in Xuan Loc district; the second one was given to the department of Thanh Son commune (Tan Phu); the third one was given to Hung Loc commune (Thong Nhat); and two consolation prizes were awarded to Dinh Quan town (Dinh Quan) and Tan Hiep ward (Bien Hoa city).
