Over 5,000 workers joined “Workers’ Cultural Day” in Trang Bom district

On the evening of January 30, “Workers Cultural Day” officially opened in Song May Industrial Park in Bac Son commune, Trang Bom district. The Day attracted the participation of nearly 5,000 workers. The Day was attended by Mr. Nguyen Dinh Thang - Former Vice President of Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Mr. Le Hong Phuong - Deputy Secretary of Dong Nai Standing Party Committee, Mr. Huynh Van Toi – Head of Dong Nai Party Committee’s Commission for Popularization and Education and Deputy Head of the Organization Board of the Day, Ms. Huynh Thi Nga – Vice chairwoman of Dong Nai People’s Committee, Mr. Tran Minh Phuc – Vice chairman of Dong Nai Party Committee and Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Lien - Chairwoman of Dong Nai Fatherland Front Committee.

January 30 through 31, many interesting activities such as cooking, apartment decoration, karaoke singing, music performance, health and law consultancy for workers will be organized... “Workers’ Cultural Day” in Trang Bom district is expected to be an exciting year-end holiday season for workers. Specifically, as part of the program by the member businesses of “Bring Vietnamese Goods to Rural Areas” Club, workers will have chances to buy a range of Vietnamese high-quality goods off 15 to 50%.

Trying new products

At the opening ceremony, “Bring Vietnamese Goods to Rural Areas” Club and Dong Nai Labor Federation offered 40 gifts to the workers who are poor and could not spend Lunar New Year holidays with their families.
