The main plants and animals yield of Xuan Loc District increase

New high-yield and quality varieties of main plants such as rice, corn, bean cotton sugar and manioc are used. By end-2004, entire district has 24.930 hectares of land to grow perennials, increased by 3.626 hectares in comparison to year of 2004, including 3.850 hectares of high-yield Dieu Tree and over 816 hectares of high quality durian and rambutan. Farmers are also interested in the application of new varieties of super meat pig, cross-bred Sind cow, super meat and egg chicken to production. Breeder pig Xuan Phu Company has recently invested to increase its capacity of supplying high-quality breeder pigs to local farmers. Therefore, the agriculture production value of Xuan Loc district in 2004 is 31.3% higher than 2002, planting increased 20% and breeding increases 44.1%
