On July 16, 2014, Provincial People’s Committee has promulgated Decision No. 2198/QD-UBND on establishing Citizens Reception Board of Dong Nai province.
Accordingly, Dong Nai Citizens Reception Board is an organization directly under the Office of Dong Nai People's Committee, is responsible for assisting Provincial Party Committee, Provincial Delegation of National Assembly, Provincial People's Council and People's Committee in receiving citizens under regulations stipulated in law, and has its own seal to operate in accordance with regulations stipulated in law. The Board’s personnel are public servants who are included in the total number of personnel of Provincial People's Committee’s (PPC) Office appointed by PPC on the basis of the annual appointment of personnel from Ministry of Interior Affairs.
This Decision shall take effect from its signing date of August 15, 2014.
