On April 27th, working with Provincial Board of Economic Co-operation, Deputy Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Phu Cuong recommended they overcome their restriction to operate more effectively in the coming time. Simultaneously, they should support to provide the enterprises with full information about opportunities and challenges when the ASEAN community is established at the end of 2015. TPP and FTA are expected to be signed in the coming time.
In 2014 and the first 4 months of 2015, Provincial Board of Economic Co-operation co-operated with provinces, cities in the South, the West and Nghe An to control food hygiene safety, cattle epidemic diseases; develop tourism and provide jobs for rural labor. Besides, Provincial Board of Economic Co-operation held many trade promotion trips, workshops to attract FDI and domestic investors in Dong Nai. In 2014, 2 countries investing much capital in Dong Nai were Korea and Japan. Especially, Provincial Government and Japanese Government signed a MOU in which the Japanese Government will transfer high tech agricultural production technique… However, the operation of Provincial Board of Economic Co-operation still has some restrictions: the development cooperation hasn’t deeply concentrated on exploiting the strength of each region, locality yet; the evaluation, study about the market to get updated information has been carried out slowly.
